The Gallery, Café and The Edit carry the house through the day, with a Morning Wellness Reset setting the tone. By evening, the energy shifts: cocktails, rum, selectors and DJs take over as the house moves into weekend mode.

Saturday centers Jamaican flavor, craft and provenance. Guided tastings move from Blue Mountain coffee and chocolate to Jamaican rum and chocolate, exploring terroir, processing, origin and pairing.
